sprained my ankle a week before
couldnt kick for the 4 days of training there!!!
backstroke marathon on the first of the meet
50,100,200 back on the first day!!!
50 was ok...200 was damn painful!!!
i couldnt kick!!!one-legged for the last 150m
i didnt make final...10th pos!!!
100 back was during relay!!!
was ok though...
next day was 100 back and 50 fly!!
last qualifier for the 100 back final;)

IM BACK FROM ASEAN SCHOOLS!!!

AND IT WAS FUN!!!

left on the 23rd we took thai airways

srsly that plane sucks!!!wth no tv and i was stoning for 3 whole hours till the plane landed

food sucked too the chicken the served tasted like fish!!!eww!!!

reached the airport i dont know why

but i always take damn long to clear immigrations...i took like 15 mins

while everyone else took 5 mins

freaking guy didnt believe the picture on my passport was me

i changed my photo like 2 times!!!

took an hour to reach the hotel

it was quite nice though considering how old it looked from outside
stoned at the hotel lobby for a few minuted till we got our room

roomed with eve and cheryl lim

the room was quite big with a king size bed and a miserable slave bed!!!

we had connecting rooms with ruth,tingting and sijia

food sucked at the hotel we had the same food everyday

breakfas,lunch and dinner

we had dinner after that

then went to sleep

i slept on the same bed as eve on the first night

and i cldnt fall alseep cos she kept on moving!!!

day 2..

we went to the swimming pool

toilet sucked!!!they had the changing area right in front of the toilet door!!!

swimming pool as ok if they had proper walls at the other end of the pool

it was so slippery i cldnt push off propely

after the session...went back to the hotel and stoned watched tv

the hotel tv has cable!!!

day3..

100 back...i was frigging nervous for it

i was damn scared i dq-ed for heats

aftermy heats everybody was like

you dq arh???

of course i didnt luhh

finals was ok..

was swimming next to this giant malaysian girl

and this thai girl...

my start was ok but frigging hell wall

at the other end made me slip!!!

never mind my time was ok though...0.5 off

day4

didnt do much

i didnt have events so i slept in

woke up quite early cos someone woke me up

by knocking on the door cos she forgot to take her tracksuit out!!!

stoned with eve for the rest of the morning

and played cards...lost

ended up with a thousand dares!!!!

day5

no events in the morning only the relay in the afternoon

got woked up early again

cos she again forgot to take her power gel!!!

this time it was earlier than ytd!!!!

eve woke up too cos she cldnt sleep the whole night

stoned arnd and walked round the hotel discovering every part of it

relay in the afternoon...was super scared

i had to give roanne a 2 sec lead in order to win the relay!!!

cos if we dont win it we'll be the only team that did not win

as we wanted to dominate all the relay events

slipped off the wall at the start

but i made time

roanne was cool luh...she held it on till like she cldnt even finish properly

in the end we won and in record time!!!

farewell dinner...

food was the same as the few days

it was so boring but our dance was nice

i had blisters at the back of my feet cos of the court shoes!!

our uniform made us look like waitressses!!!

sightseeing day!!!

came back to the hotel

ok...mornin n aft trainin werent dat bad juz dat smethin funny happpened 2 me durin mornin trainin...heres wad happenend...itz taken fr xinpings blog...

upk came after a while so he said "hurry go change, don't waste time alr" so xinping and me changed and we went to lane 2. we decided to be NICENICE ppl and help with the lane ropes so we told uncle sunny to throw a lane into the water so the both of us can pull it, xinping waited for me to put on her cap (which I OBVIOUSLY took so damn long). this was what happen:
xinping: "eh shana! can hurry up or not ah?"
me: "WAIT LAH."
2 minutes later, I was still seen SLOWING trying to stuff my hair into my cap. SO....
xinping: "SHANA!!!!!!!! kuai dian!!!! QUICKQUICK!"
me:"WAIT LAH. can't you see? my hair damn long eh!"
xinping got a SHOCK. I DID NOT HAVE LONG HAIR. if I have long hair, what about her? she'd have hair that's sweeping the floor! omg, so it took me quite some time to realise my mistake and I started laughing and xinping started laughing. LOL. so the both of us were just laughing while xinping waited for me to be done with my cap then the both of us plunged in, then there was only 1 rope so xinping told me that we'll pull it together then I said "DON'T WANT LAH!! the two of us will look so retarded." okay. so xinping let me pull. then I pulled so super slow. omg. so while I took my time to swim to the other end, xinping swam wif me. then when we reached there, daniel reached there with the OTHER END OF THE SAME ROPE =.= so both ends of the rope was at the same place, so poor daniel had to pull his side back again((x hee. then training started. it was quite slack lah

2dae was national colours....n i was lyk late 4 dat lahh!!!!almost couldnt go in as i arrived at 3.20....luckily i wasnt e onli 1....there were a few other ppl so they allowed us 2 go in.....
dat was bcoz of mi sch head prefect lahh....i mean last wk lyk on wed she came 2 mi class n told mi she needed her blazer on fridae 4 founders day.....so i told her i needed it nxt wk.....dunno whether she heard wad i said anot.....
